SMaRT Tool : Aggregation Space Utilized

General

This report pulls the amount of space utilized by a single aggregation for both web files and for local archiving, if the archiving module is being utilized. In addition, the report can pull an intersection between two different aggregations. For example, to find the amount of space utilized by items within a first collection AND a second collection, add both codes.

The result of this report varies depending on the request type. If the user just selects summary information, the information is provided in a small message box. If detailed information is requested, the result is an Excel spreadsheet. The excel spreadsheet will provide the growth of the aggregations requested, month-by-month, including how much was added each month and a running total.
