SobekCM METS Files

METS File Rules, Section-by-Section

Resources within a SobekCM repository are stored as METS files. Additionally, loading items through the SobekCM Builder requires the use of METS files.

SobekCM-compliant METS files generally have most of the following sections:

• METS Header
• Descriptive Sections
• Administrative Sections
• File Section
• Structure Maps
• Behavior Sections
