Method splits the search string and field string into seperate collections of strings

TermString
Type: System..::..String
String containing all of the search terms
Field
Type: System..::..String
String containing all of the search field codes
TermsBuilder
Type: System.Collections.Generic..::..List<(Of <(<'String>)>)>
Collection of seperate search terms
FieldsBuilder
Type: System.Collections.Generic..::..List<(Of <(<'String>)>)>
Collection of seperate saerch field codes

Remarks

This code is here to handle quotation marks, so quoted terms are not erroneously split
