Overview

This module includes the information about each individual item aggregation. The aggregation aliases and the links to the main thematic headings on the home page are also stored in this module.

Notes on Tables

Below are notes regarding some specific tables within this module:

• SobekCM_Item_Aggregation_Item_Link

  This table links individual items to item aggregations in a fairly straight forward manner. The ImpliedLink column is set to FALSE if the item is explicitly linked to the item aggregation indicated. When an item is explicitly linked to an item aggregation, an implied link is placed between the item and all of the aggregations which are parents to the indicated aggregation. In this way if an aggregation SUBTOPIC has a parent aggregation named TOPIC, and an item is linked to the SUBTOPIC aggregation, then an implied link is also set between that item and the TOPIC aggregation. This allows items which appear in children collections to also appear in the parent collections.

  This tables contains the order and text for the large groupings of aggregations on the library home page, similar to what appears here.
